ROSIE'S LEGACY
Rosie's Approach
To Itchy Skin
The principles that shaped ARU were born from Rosie's own experience of living with
severe eczema.

Soothe the skin first
Rosie knew that relentless itching often led to scratching, making it harder for sensitive skin to settle. ARU was created to soothe discomfort quickly so the skin had the chance to begin recovering.
When skin is itchy and sore, relief shouldn't be delayed.

Understand what affects your skin
Rosie knew how disheartening it was to finally see her skin improving, only for it to become sore again. She began asking what might be continuing to irritate her vulnerable skin.

"The cream was only part of the answer."

Protect your progress
Rosie often reminded customers not to become complacent when their skin started to improve. She knew how easy it was to slip back into old habits.
By continuing the gentle routines that were helping and listening to what their skin was telling them, they gave it the best possible chance to stay calm, comfortable
and resilient.

"When skin begins to settle, protecting it is just as important as soothing it ."

Rosie's Legacy
For Rosie, ARU was never just about creating a cream.
She believed that helping people meant listening to their experiences, sharing practical advice and giving them the confidence to understand their own skin.
That's why so many families remembered not only the cream, but Rosie herself.
Rosie never believed people should simply leave with a jar of cream.
She wanted them to leave with a better understanding of their skin.
