A Gentle Reminder
*If you're ever unsure about the cause of your skin condition, it's always best to seek a diagnosis from a healthcare professional.
Once any infection or underlying medical condition has been appropriately treated, ARU can become part of your daily skincare routine to help keep skin nourished, comfortable and well hydrated.

When ARU Isn't the Right Choice

ARU is a nourishing botanical skincare cream designed to comfort dry, sensitive and irritation-prone skin. However, it is not intended to treat medical conditions or infections.

We recommend seeking advice from your GP, pharmacist or dermatologist if you have:

  • Fungal or yeast skin infections (such as Candida)

  • Bacterial skin infections (including impetigo or infected eczema)

  • Weeping, oozing or pus-filled skin

  • Rapidly spreading rashes

  • Open wounds or deep skin ulcers

  • Severe allergic reactions or hives

  • Shingles (herpes zoster)

  • Cold sores or other viral skin infections

  • Suspicious moles or changing skin lesions

  • Persistent skin problems that haven't been diagnosed

  • Severe pain, swelling, fever or signs of infection
